seige technology not working, crashes phone ANSWERED

I upgraded to the heavy catapult. Trying to figure out where to get it in the game play. I assume it is via technologies of the seige building. When I click on technologies, game spasms and then crashes. I sent in a crash report.

I've never had that problem, yet. Yes, that is where it should be.
(heavy catapult is EPIC)
