draw option

I'm playing a game with RiverRaider1097 on a small map for a 1 gem bet with no upgrades (going back to old school). We are at move 70 something and we appear to be in a trench warfare situation. Neither side has been able to make any tangible inroads for about 40 turns.
Can we add an offer draw option to the menu? All players who are not AI would have to agree.
