I cannot occupy the towers neither the castle at the raid map (I am using the knights and the healers )...The result is losing the game because ai is shooting the towers .cannot succeed the objective which is to take them back ...I suppose they are enemies inside so how to kick them out ?

You cannot occupy enemy towers. You need to break them. You can occupy a tc after killing all enemies inside.
