Shielders cost to 2 turns - IMPLEMENTED

Shielder is useless unit because it is slow and have low attack. Its only strength is pierce armour. Cost of 2 turns could make it more useful.

I think I agree here. Making it cost 2 turns will not overpower this unit.

Check the proposed changes to the Shielder stats against those of the Swordsman:
-They will have the same cost and hp
-The Swordsman will have higher attack and speed
-The Shielder will have much more armor

So I think this change will make the Shielder vs. Swordsman relationship be a fair trade of speed/attack for armor, making the Shielder a "role-specific" Swordsman suited to defence; whereas now, he feels like an underpowered, slower, and more expensive variant of the Swordsman.
