First, many thanks for this great game!
I just notice a problem of trigger on a ambition's map since I have updated my version from v0.99? to v1.007 :
on "Bait Taken", I just start the mission (1 or 2 turns), then save the game. When I came back to the mission, I get the message "You win" with 3 stars. After that I only was able to restart the mission (no continue). It happens twice, before I decide to finish the mission without saving.
Have notice a "you loose" message on "Banishing" after a few turns but it was maybe because my hero get killed (even it seems strange as they were safe).
