A New Diplomacy trigger! - IMPLEMENTED

This new effect can be usefull,what it does it changes one player/ai's team.
For example:player 1 team is 1 player 2 team is 1
Player 3 team is 2
Using this effect you can chose player numberfrom 1 to 6 then enter team number from 1 to 3.
So using 2 number selects player 2 and using 3 number seletct team 3.Player 2 will not be players 1 ally anymore and it would be 1v1v1 for example
