Woodsman

I looked through and didn't see this idea. Basically, a woodsman is the same as a worker (non-combat, 3 turns to build). Can do the same stuff as a worker, but does not get the benefit of Ambidextrous. What this unit can do is clear a forest/wooded tile (turn it into its underlying terrain). This takes 6 turns to complete (or less, if more woodsmen put to the task). On the turn it is completed, the nearest TC gains a bonus - its current project is reduced by one turn.
The tactical benefit is this would allow moving heavy units (wagons, catapults, etc) through areas otherwise restricted because of forest terrain.
