Hello guys. I want to make a historical map of the famous gaul war that pestured the roman empire.
I will maje the complete skirmish map but will need a few things:
Images of asterix obelix getafix (anybody not having an idea of who they were , try to read the comics based on them )and julius caeser
The authenticity of this war. If not authentic i will ask dev to make it a fan map
Anyone willing to help in any way is welcomed

So it would be HISTORICAL campaign or based on comics with Asterix adventures?

You know, these guys aren't historical heroes

But yes i surely want to make a map on them actual or imaginary . If not historical then in the fan section

Quite nice and resembles asterix. But it is quite unclear and lacks your shading skills. Try to sharp it a bit so that i can make out his face and features.

Actually i am just unable to see his face . Sharpen his facial features a bit. He is asterix, so he has to be small. Also i would like to see two small daggers in his hands both like actual ones not blue like you have made now. Kinda looks unreal

welcome any such map! i suggest call it Asterix and Obelix or something.

Loved it. Just make his hands sharp a bit and shade him so that he becomes more clear

Yes but i cant make out when the hand starts(the other one completely hidden behind him)

but dont forget: all unit icons need to have similar appearance as other units, so we need him to seem not so "cartoonish". (with shading and such things)

also suggestion: obelix is huge as i know - so he can exceed 32px height.

Ok so he can be about as large as the berseker + equally fat. And i dont think we have any unit on which we can make obelix.
Also i was thinking to make a white scout dog his companion dog dogmatix which will also have a large bonus on roman units

At the start i did, but later on i edited the image manually to adjust the lines and shades

i mean in this last attempt to enlarge from 32px to 50px
