Other thougts: I decided to give a +1 action because i thought would be cool for them to attack and heal in the same turn, but if you think it's too much they might just get a bonus to attack (like +2 or +3)

As far as i've seen the icons you gave me haven't outlines, i was trying to make some icons without outline.

the fist is almost ok, but dont forget almost all kind of images we already have, so we can start modifying them with our ideas, eg. here, scroll down for shields:

What about that rework?
About the shields in that tileset there are some i might use in the future, but the one with the crusader look is already used for the player icon

player icon? you mean the race icon? that is only in AOF so in AOS it is free to use.
