What is the difference between Ai Light and Ai hard? How is the Ai Hard stronger than the Ai light?

AI hard has all the technologies researched, I think.

Even yes, it doesn't help him a lot 
Daniel, what file contains AI scripts? .xml format? Maybe I can try to make it more "intelligent" 
But of course, I would create new type of AI, because after changing original ones some missions can be impossible to pass.

AI: it is coded in java.
and yes: hard has all techs that are not out in the upgrades... (so blacksmith techs no, nor gunpowder as i think)
