new campaign "Kingdom Come" thanks to Justin McPhee
Gunpowder tech is available if player owns any of the cannoned units (that requires gunpowder) - please someone try this, this should be available if own any of these (and not all): cannon ship, cannoneer, cannon tower.

Gunpowder change is revoked for a while (messed up the upgrades section)

Did you get my map for Paths of Rome campaign? And did you check problem with Back Button in Map Editor?
