can usend me a map that has this triggering and the triggering does not get effected? (because reading the code i found no bug, should all effects fire)

He is talking about turn 5 in map 4 of Hornburghs Dominion. You will see 5 revealed spots, but 4 of them are will not show which units are there.

maybe last one simply doesnt have anything to show
