I have made a British Unit. I create it just a few minutes ago. What do you think about my unit design? What is the name of this unit?

we went to this way in infantry design by CoolGuy, i suggest following this (even with modifying this).
also you drew a 32x32 image however AOW is 64px based now

Much better! I think it could use a little shading to differentiate between his arms and maybe for the squad to have a guy with a slightly different pose; but overall it is very nice!

Nice. Maybe the one on his knees could be leaning forward a bit (with his shoulders) and holding the gun a little higher. But it is very nice!

No, I think the surrounding shadow is just too opaque. (I haven't downloaded it yet, so I don't know if the alpha channel is correct)

I think that the Germans should have a machine gun that looks slightly different than the British.
And the Japanese is a little crazy colored
It is hard to see the shading on that bright a green
