Ashigaru in Mantlets - IMPLEMENTED

Ashigaru cannot move into mantlets, I do not think this was intended.
Also, horse archers can but no other cavalry can.

i checked and UNIT_YARI_ASHIGARU should be able to - please confirm that this ashigaru or tanegashima?

i just found taht UNIT_TANEGASHIMA_ASHIGARU will be the culprit.
i just put him into archers category.
i hope it will not receive any bonus or any unwanted disadvantage because of this
on next update will be there.
