2 issues with this new unit

1. The name is incorrect (currently shows banner bearer not banner carrier)
2. It cannot be built anywhere

I think my favorite is the side-to-side.

I like the side to side one but I think the up-down one is more realistic for a banner carrier (bearer)

It saves space anyway.
