Where in the upgrades is the trebuchet ANSWERED

I'm kinda stuck on 300 spartans vs persia, cause the enemy keeps making TONS of catapults which stop everything i send. I want to counter with trebuchet cause it outranged the catapult. however I need to buy it, and don't know where it is. Do any of you know?

By the way, artillery = complete win in that map, when I had some trebuchet and cannon I destroyed the enemies
