I was wondering when will we start implementing star wars strategy and making it a game we can download on android.

it will after WW2 version, but first we need to figure out copyright things for that "theme"

I heard some time ago that it was full of fan material for star wars. I assume there is some sort of open license that say what you can use or not.

it is not the question of the "material".
but the namings and shapes of ships that might be copírighted that we can not use - even if we draw all things by ourself.

- a-wing
- bwing
- xwing
- star destroyer
- death star
...

and so on.

Yes, i think there are referals to names. I think you can use reference once it is something that is no profit

non profit can not use then either - depends on the copyright texting - this is task to check before putting many work into it.

You can get the dev version for Age of World Wars, Daniel is ,lookming for more testers. The game has come along quite well in the last month.
