Wait-
you say that he is made in 4 turns, has 20 hp, 2 range, strong bonuses against every 'normal' unit and CAN BE MADE IN BARRACKS??? Clearly OP. Weak 'defense' which I suppose means armor, is even worse-most units have none!
AND THIS IS QUITE CHEAP ARMORED STRONG LONG RANGE UNIT WITH LOTS OF HP!? I stressed the cheap part, because it would be okay with me if it could be only made in TCs and cost 6-7 turns depending on the exact attributes.

Weak defense means a lot of units have a bonus against him he just is a glass cannon meaning that he can deal a lot of damage but cant take a lot. But what properties would you have for him

He's overpowered. Too cheap. Just make a bunch of these and fill the map. And it's not real sense - do you mean Native Germanic tribes that fought the Romans, or Native Americans (such as Aztec, Iroquois, and Navajo). Either case was not that powerful.

i agree axe thrower is almost this unit.
1 turn: we must be careful with 1 turn units.
i save this idea for later -> PEND

there is already a tomahawk throwing ubit.
and the American natives weren't resistant to poison. They were especially vulnerable to the viruses the co quistadors' brought with themselves.

We might still make it, it would be a nice addition (and we might make thematic campaigns where we have to fight indians)

I find it unrealistic or out of time period as Europeans haven't popularized tomahawks among native Americans until 15/16th century
Natives should be primarily using atlatl, spear, bow, dart, and club.

As normally it was multi-purpose side weapon/tool and only ceremonially (and as a competition) commonly thrown - in real battlefield it would probably be rarely used in such way.
Following flavour - it would fit as special ability for some sort of more special Northern American unit.
Some leader or maybe 3+ cost unit.
Although, we must remember, that it was probably like that for any throwing axe.
It's always too pricy to be used as disposable projectile.
Again - for commoners so were the arrows.
So following current game though some sort of native american axe thrower could be added.
There is even very old topic with such idea, but quite poor image.
Merging.
