Goblin are perfect to be assassins. They are little, they are swift and light, they can move into the shadows easily

Honestly, I feel like orcs can already kill most units quite easily. The only real problem I have seen with orcs is when their opponent spams (aka towers, ships, wolves, etc).
However, I think this might be more useful now that we have imperial knights.

An assassin would still be useful in some cases
also as a last option

This would be nice, especially when sabotage is in order.

Maybe this unit should just have 2 actions, and just be made for sabatoge, scouting, and stealing. The fact that it has 2 actions but sacrifices itself on attacking, sabatoging, or stealing makes no sense?
Probably do something like this:
Goblin Assassin:
Cost:4
Trains: goblin camp
Hp:10
Atk:4
Act:2
Rng:3
Sight:5
Spd:3 Invisible
Arm:0
P.arm:0
Res:0%
Abilities:
Sabatoge
Steal
Only effected by goblin shout upgrade.
No grenade
No elite and master upgrades.

Given them assassin like units it's probably not a good idea.

It won't instant kill enemies, just do up to 8 damage, no bonus. Main purpose is spying, sabatoge, and stealing. It doesn't have it as a ability like dwarves do were he can stand their and continually sabatoge, and steal the same enemies tech.

Sure the humans have something similar to this.

Humans assassin would be better though since he can instant kill, goblins aren't as skilled in that category. If it's to much for a 4 turn unit then I could move it to the Stone Fortress which would extend this units cost further.

But that's all the human assassin does, just kill. We need something that can sabotage or steal Tech.

Humans one can steal, and sabatoge as well, Stratego added stealing again for them.

But only way it can still is capturing town centers, which doesn't have the authorization to do that?

No, just stand next to one and if it has a tech then you can steal it, I know sabatoge works because I've done that plenty of times, but with the undead shade but I think she can steal too.

Will be changed in concept into invisible damage dealer unit.
No one hit wonder.
