yes, the main knight of elves.

high classes of armors and very defensive pierce armors, a very expensive melee cavalry of elves.

you saw the image, the horse has spikes so the horse can attack but not actually attacks, piercing spikes.

If it's armed with sword his range should be 1

Also elves already have knights, so we should decide if you prefer this to be an upgrade for elves knights or a brand new unit that is more an elite knight than the main cavalry unit

As far as i know this is an high elf so it might be produced in a specific building, like the uruk hai tent that only makes uruks (that are a special breed of orcs)

Its not that bad of a start but I believe the sword should be more of a Curved one and more mythrial like one too

In the image he use a straight sword

Anyway you should definitely use an in-game horse and draw the knight on it

They are using horses on the original warhammer unit. I would stick with that since high elves are different from wood elves (that are more akin with forest creatures like unicorns)

Nor bad. For equipments i'd leave the green look that wood elves have and move for a more metallic look of armors and weapons to better put a distinction among the subraces (like for orcs and uruks you nee to see on the spot which unit belongs to which race).

For example in warhammer (that you've taken the unit from) elves have those tall helmets with wings and that sort of tunic that covers their armors.
