Tech vote week 1 09/11/2016

Today and for 4 weeks we'll vote for techs.
We'll vote 1 tech every week among the one present in the "unit list to vote" topic.
We will vote 1 tech for every race so you should choose carefully about which tech you'd like for any of the 4 races in game.
As for units votes:
1st vote is worth 3 points
2nd vote is worth 2 points
3d vote is worth 1 point
