Tech vote week 1 15/11/2016

Today and for other 3 weeks we'll vote for techs.
We'll vote 1 tech every week among the one present in the "unit list to vote" topic.
We will vote 1 tech for every race in game aside of orcs (that won the last vote) so you should choose carefully about which tech you'd like for any of the races in game.
As for units votes:
1st vote is worth 3 points
2nd vote is worth 2 points
3d vote is worth 1 point
