I was thinking where he had a Rifle but he has a ability to throw a grenades.

Ok,he can got ralfie and albitly to throw a granede,but only still there should be two types of them-only granader throw them.

Same stats like green (now Alpha),but throw granade: Range:3 Attack:8 Arena damage Bonus aganist tanks and buldings.

Complete preconception,he will be 2 cost unit that can only throw two kinds of grenades (range 1): EMP grenades that have small attack but bonus against vehicles and stun them (see topic EMP cannon) and demilition grenades with bonus aganist bulidings and little higer attack.

Or have a simple attack mechanism like AT gun in aoww? We should avoid many effect jsons at the very beggining of the game development

Well yea, he is supposed to be a basic anti vehicle unit isnt he? He doesnt need any special effects, that can be used for another unit or unit upgrade.

Why didn't you write "just give him bonus similar to AT ralfie from AoWw"?

Anyway,I think some sort of anty building grenades will be great,but if you prefer it as tech...
Ok,but we can keep stun on hit,its EMP and it make electronic machinery not working- electronic systems are important in today's vehicles thought,so in future they will be necessary. It's passible,just use a curse effect (I think that with one turn duration)

250% bonus aganist vechicules
Effect on hit like curse but 1 turn duration and works only on vehicles and electronic
Less bonus than HLG,1 range but way more mobile and curse effect.
