All basic humans units going to got laser weapon? Or there will be units with more standard weapons?

Guys,its importand. I not sure about weapon humans got.
Two versions:
Humans use more advanced,but not laser weapon,only elite units got laser weapon,thanks for study aliens technology
OR
All humans units got laser weapon and got technology same advanced as aliens
I NEED to know that,so answer.

I choose second. Somebody have somethink aganist?

Second option is better. Creates a divide between both races that will help create different strengths and weaknesses

2nd is better, like Halo but with a tint of COD Infinite Warfare.

2nd. But I think every planets have different resources they can't have the same techs. But humans and aliens can get similiar techs with different resources maybe?

i thnk they should have both types of weapons but lasers or plasma weapons shouldn't be always superior
