Double version log post IMPLEMENTED

I don't mind occasional typo in the version log too much but post about version 0.992 from 2014-10-19 is bothering me a bit. The upper one is both unsorted (after 0.994) and aligned to the left, unusually to the rest of posts.

In 1.041 I still see that 0.992 changelog twice.
