The armed worker is a worker with a sword with 1 more attack than a swordsman and 19 health. Same build as worker cost:4

That sounds too similar to swordsman and with double cost of Swordsman and just 1 hp/1 attack higher stats it would be seriously underpowered. Especially with attack/armor upgrades from Blacksmith present that already do these +1 changes.

Though they may be a tech, say, "Militia", that gives like 2-5 attack to your workers so they can actually be used in combat.

Yes, that tech would just give him bit of combat power. Currently workers can attack but they have 0 power.
