we have 3 types of dodges
which do you mean:

"dodgeRanged":0.?,
"dodgeClose":0.?,
"dodgeCounter":0.?,

(For Fighters) I think for ranged it should be about 95% (artilleries, mortars, snipers having a hard time shooting at it because it moves too fast and his gun shoots too slow, and etc...) and AA will completely ignore this

Closed, 60% Gun fire from troops and tank machine guns.

Counter, 30% for fighter planes coming right at an armed unit (easier to shoot)

Counters and Close for bombers should be 80%.

I hope this isn't too complex! :)

And for this reason, I think planes should not counter either. ;)

Except for bombers machine guns on planes...

there is no option for attacking/counterattacking unit types. you can simply set these dodge options on the "to be damaged" side.

So does that mean the amount of damage will be done to the planes, because I was thinking of how often they were to not get hit?

no it means that you thought, they dont get hit.
but: you said: 60% Gun fire from troops and tank machine guns.

the bolded part can not be set, you can set simply a value for ANY eg. close combat attack

Hm, that was simply my logical explanation. :lol:

Anti Air should be able ignore these.
