German panzerschreck. High bullets armor (blast shield). Speed=2 (heavy). Cost=3 turns. Range=1

...But a little revision. The mortars carry a heavier weapon and it's heavy ammo, so it it wouldn't make too much sense to give it the speed of 2. Other than that the stats look good, but the armor and AP must be specified. I would like to know how much defense it's got. Russians don't need one because they have the katyusha! :P

I think they need to be 3 turns with bullet armor and stronger attack or bonus to make it accurate.

They had one range (melee exactly). Their accuracy should be 100%, no way they can miss.
Well, what the cons is they don't one-shot that making me a little trouble.

Cost to 3 turns. Armor Bullet to 6 or 8. Bonus +100%.

Bonus against all tanks and normal armor +2.
But no power.
