BT-7 to T-70 ( i know that it was in 1942, but i didnt find newer)
T-34 to T-34-85
KV-1 to IS-2
SU-76 to ISU-122
BM-13 to BM-8-24(story like T-70)
AA GAZ to ZSU 37

Ah, for that i thinks the tech should be separated at first. And only be able to be researched at tank factory (because it is all tanks), cost gems too.
