For anyone who has ever used carved monster caves as bridges across mountain terrain, this is an orcish "tower" that does the same thing, and can be chained to make a tunnel through​ a whole mountain.

Dwarves, when they are made, should get a reinforced tunnel, with 5/5 armor, 50 life, and 4 slots, but a higher cost. Again, workers can build from it, allowing chains through a mountain.

Can another sheltered tunnel be built from insidemthe existing one?

I think we can set the action like for tcs (workers can build from inside a tc)

Allowing orcs to tunnel through mountains would add an interesting answer to those hard to reach tc's that can only be accessed by flyers or dwarves tunnelers.

Humans perhaps may need their own.

some giants will just have movement right through mountains, they also can build monster cave on mountains and go through.
no need in tunnels for orcs.

You can't build from a carved tunnel to get to a tc in the middle of the mountain, and last I checked none of the Orcs giant's can cross mountains, only scaledfolk. Plus, dwarfs have two fliers to get to those tc's faster were orcs only have one. Btw about the tc's don't ask, I've seen some maps...
