In game infantry(who are on ground)can fix planes(who are in sky).I think everyone gets the point here.Just make them fix in airports.

fixed, but will result that in AOS ortitopters will not be able to mend by workers either.

also (might be bigger problem) healing will not work via air too - in AOF it might cause problems

Its ok,we can still fix them in owned Towns
