Machineguns and mortars

In WW Machineguns and Mortars needed time to pack and unpack,so i suggest lowering their speed to 2(for realistic purposes).If everybody agrees of course.

I agree. A new SMG unit would be good.

We should give these units an ability to pack, and then unpack to sacrifice attacks for speed.

These are the only differences between packed and unpacked:
Speed: 1 to 3
Attack: 8 to 3
Action: 2 to 1
Speed: 1 to 3
Attack: 8 to 3
Action: 2 to 1

Mortar unit image has 3 people. Just add one more dude bringing an ammo box.
