horse archer can't be recruited in stables - ANSWERED

I have the dev. version and I can't train horse archer in stables.
(It is just my problem, I think, but I can't train chariot)

horse archer: it is in archery range.
chariot: yes i have turned it off since it looks no good...

But is it possible to add back the chariot to get a few ideas for later?

Can the horse archer be made in stables too since catupult ship can be made in docks and siege workshop

no
stable is already a good one having the great cavalry there, this way more likely that people will build archery too.
