Bicycles were used by some nations in ww2. Japan has folding bike that was key of success in some of their battle. With bicycle a unit can move faster.
After researching this techs: unlock ability "mount bike" for Infantry units.
Cost=5 turns.
Works like transfom spell from AOF (infantry with no bike ---> Infantry mounted on bike).
