Reduce its bonus against tanks. We dont want a 45mm at cannon totally devastate every tank in the game.

Lefh 18 artillery in this game get range of 5 (real life= around 11,600 yards)
Pak 38 get range of 2 (real life= around 3,000 yards)
So 45mm gun get range of 3 (real life=around 4,600 yards)

At guns shouldnt have ranged attacks, since tanks dont either.
