Upgraded units in all researched mode ACCEPTED

As the topic name suggests I think that the game mode with all upgrades should give you all the unit upgrades.

If someone play that game is why he doesn't want to research but just to start the action.

Also some races rely mostly on techs (humans/elves) while others rely more on upgrades. That would also balance this kind of games.

Sounds fair. Right now we need to sort out what techs are and aren't working, as well as which ones should not be in upgrades disabled games, as your other post mentioned.
