Scout cavalry from Age of strategy - IMPLEMENTED

I think the humans need the scout from age of strategy. because :
*The orcs not only have the raptor rider they have a third level for his cavalry.
*The elves have very fast cheap units
*The undead have 3 Cavalry units ( one decent two very strong)
