I think it is a cool unit to add at the skirmish and campaing maps but can only be produced in archery range and with at least 6 or 7 turns what do you think ?

Its already been used as a story character in few campaigns. I think making this producable would just make it awkward.

But if that unit is expensive to produce and only in only one building (archery range ) that don't change the things ?

No, she is a hero unit for campaigns only
