On the map, "The Great Throne",
4 player games, set for many TCs, produces 12 TCs.
5 player games, set for many TCs, produces 10 TCs.

The 5 player game needs more TCs.

I'd advise using 6 instead it gives the dominant middle player more power to fight the players on all corners of the map.
