Age of Strategy Forums

We need more ways to spread AoS, because currently advertising in public forums or facebook isn't effective as it should be

This is a wonderful game so i believe it deserves more attention, much more than it currently has.

Any ideas?Smart or silly we need all we can!

Maybe we can even get more forumers like Alexander,patroid,MightyGuy,Sunrise Samurai etc.
More forumers=More ideas
More ideas=more cool stuff
More cool stuff=even better game
Even better game=Even more daily downloads
Even more daily downloads=More potential donators

So my ideas are:

1. In version log put a small message like "Join us in forums!" or such.
2. Tell all your strategic friends about the game
3. Some very attractive screenshots(ey why arent AoF screenshots updated? )
4. More yt channels
5. Posting AoS and its variants on more stores(Amazon, Mobogenie...)
6. Hardcore advertising

Daniel, i need you to:

1.Tell me all the stores where you published AoS and its variants

2.Update AoF screenshots, because a decent number of people is judging a game by number of screenshots and how good they are

3.Leave a little friendly message in version log like:

"Note:Join us on the forums! Maybe your idea will be in the next update! "

My first suggestion would be to see if you could make it compatible with apple or windows 10. Even if updates are less frequent on other platforms, it still increases the available player base by a large quantity.

Please update the main image at the top for AoF.

1. Try publishing on mobogenie and amazon, and other you know if possible

2. When i have some free time i will send some

3. On top of news is just perfect!


Also you might want to consider Sunrise Samurai's idea, which would be the best way for more downloads

Yes. I can not work on it as a day job so that 3-4 months of work will be years for me

I feel like asking a couple game reviewers to review the game could be huge. Getting some popular youtubers or article writers to give a quick review of the game probably wouldn't be too hard, and would certainly let a lot of new people hear about the game imo.

Matter of fact, I am surprised by how FEW reviews there are of the game, considering its size, originality, and complexity.

Does anyone know any such individuals who would be willing to help out? Or better yet, is anyone here secretly a YouTube star in disguise and willing to do something?

This series is one of the best strategy titles I've ever seen. It literally compares on scale with fire emblem and age of empires. Daniel filled it with player designed content, and is fully prepared to continue letting us feed ideas for him to add in. The only thing I'm afraid of is that if this game is discovered, some mega company might make an offer too big for Daniel to turn down and take over, and I couldn't blame him. He's gotta put that kid through college somehow.

Nobody would blame him lol, everyone would remember him as best dev ever...

But everyone would hate him if he would accept offer from Microsoft as they dont have really popular game history

Well.....they bought Minecraft I guess they have good taste, even if they can't make anything good on their own.

I contacted the mobile strategy review site pocket tactics to see if they would consider reviewing the game. Hopeully they do!
