A fast machine able to carry one unit that can attack from it. Its hovercraft,can move on both land and water. Have albitly to teleport like human hovercraft,but without any reaserch.

Albitlies: Teleport: move in range of 3 tiles. Cooldown:3

Cooldown 3 on teleport, same as humans

I forget about it,edited first post.

Also, since it can only carry 1, I'd say it should cost 2-3.

It has more speed than human hovercraft and can teleport without reserch,thats why I give it 4 cost,same as hovercraft.
