Cost 4 but can't insta kill huge ships only small ones.

And how about larger boarding assault ships that primary damages larger ships but not minor spacecrafts?

Maybe.

Current game design focuses on planetary combat for now, I will come back to these suggestions when I will have a clearer image of how the space combat will actually work.
