it's fine. you need to hold for a wwhile and after there will come a help to you.
Just don't loose main hero.
Third map is harder.

i can't solve how to clear 'killing the puppeter' mission..
I thought the king will instantly killed when I hit him with my hero. but there was no trigger at all. do I really need to beat all those imperial army with these units??

No. Just kill the king.
When you kill the king you will win.

with those few Spearman.. ?
the king never come to front line and knights kill half of the soldiers I have...
is this right to keep try and prey for the king suicides in front of my hero...?

If you will move your hero so king reaches him you can attack king with spearmen.
This map is winnable in 2 turns:
1st turn you prepare, move all your units so that you can reach the king who attacks your hero;
2nd turn you are assaulting king with all possible forces you have.
Use civilians to lure imperial knights away so they won't reach your army on second turn.
