Sounds solid. Though if his main defense is his shield you might want to exchange p. armor and armor since it makes sense that shields would be better at deflecting missiles than blocking in melee. Also maybe armor 4 is a bit too much for that cost / hp.

Well maybe you're right, more defense of arrows and less defense on attack. Maybe he gain more defense if he stays in his spot for one turn and he lose it when he moves to the next one.

Or, he could have an ability called "raise shield" that when activated makes him gain defense but move slower, and can be activated / deactivated once every turn. Sounds cool to me.
