Map Hosting Conduct

This system will be mathematically similar to badges.
The structure is different.

There is not a huge epidemic of unfair maps being posted. This will just help the community keep a more alert eye.

The unspoken rule of Map Hosting is:
1. If you wish to create unequal # of teams, state the team setup in the Title.
2. Never lure players into a 5 v 1 deathtrap.
3. Never assign blame on a player's matchmaking skills due to geography of the map.

If a player gets a mark on his map it must be shaded in red. Nothing happens to the player or map yet, its hust there as a warning. The next player to confirm this with his own mark. The map is sent to trusted forumers for utter confirmation. We don't want that rotten kind of bullying. Once confirmation goes through it will be deleted from the search section for ever.

The player that gets his game deleted will have a worse hosting reputation as it declines for every map deleted from public. Every player starts at highest possible rating. The bottom three will revoke his ability to create a match. The stains will replenish in 2 months.
