Tank leaves tank wreck when destroyed that block unit movement.

Lets analise the idea:
+ Enemy can be blocked in key situations
- You too
= This will increase the airplane usage
+ You can use this as cover
- Enemy can too
Im pretty... "Flat" with the feeling on this idea, i dont like it, but i dont dislike it, others?

Should be able to repair or remove the tanks wreck, or at least remove it with the workers.
