I thought about forest bases, and i asked - why does'nt exist a gate for those bases? And i made this palisade gate - a structure with gate abilities and palisade building time and health.

I agree for this, i think we just need the "blending" images now

Oooh! I like his idea! Think of the possibilities! Wow! This could make for excellent campaigns and better stories, and accurate early civilization bases! Good thinking!

well here is palisade and gate direction set, anybody feels like trying it?

u basically need only 4 images, horizontal,vertical, and 2 diagonals, and first 2 palisade images have enough spaces to put gate inside

the first image now needs to match the quality of the rest

seems nice, but autotiling config will need update for them

Can't it b rearranged like stone gate so json won't need much changing except IMG name and accounting for height of 64px

I will b making json for it but I have some questions, how should it b nurfed compared to palisade wall?

p.armor-8,
can b built on forest tiles

Stat of gate (suggestions)
HP -16/17/18 ?
P.armor -8/6/4 ?

Should it b build able in forest?

Current state of image

If is a 1 action to built - than 18hp 8 p Arm.

Only advantage is it can be walk thought,
(both wall gate being weak-used mainly for quick defence and maps) so forest build must stay.

didnt add laborer as builder because gate is far more useful, if player wants to do fast defense with laborer spam he will b forced to build palisade and then delete it wen he counter atks, if he wants to make palisade gate spams he will have to risk sending his worker close to enemy

also its advantage over stone gate is can b built in one turn over forest tiles so both this and stone gate has unique role for worker
