Mmm since we have already wolf rider what about using caragor as mounts for uruks?
They will be the uruk cavalry. Also this must be a higher cost unit

Agree but they can also serve as shock cavalry and they can climb walls pretty quickly making them extremely dangerous

Sorry for asking this but this wouldn't be considered copyright right? Considering how it's not cannon in Lord of the rings and is the creators of shadow of war's creature? If not then this should be an interesting unit. But if so then dang...

Tolkien enterprises aren't so heavy about copyright and uruks are kinda not only in lotr settings. Now Caragor might be another story since we don't know WB Games or Monolith's stance about copyright.

As for lotr copyright, uruks are from book, not from movie. So it is okay.

Take the cat I suggested if you don't want to have a problem with copyright and modify as you see fit to work for this unit.

Since we already have lotr units and a related campaign I don't think there will be problems about it.
Anyway more than looks we might change the name while keeping the concept.
