A huge beast used by the orcs, this monster is tough and extremely violent and powerful. They also used these guys to add huge ballistas on them firing balls/barrels of fire, poison, or dark magic (I got this idea from Shadow of war)

What role do you except this will fill for the orcs ?

My concept is to make it a mounted unit just like the dragon knight for the humans but instead of throwing fire balls it will throw rocks or it can jumb in an area and just smash everything near it...

This thing acts like a siege engine, but its living. Usually it can climb walls and break through gates to allow orcs to flood in

And what about of his movement?
Have you seen the unit called minautar? (he also have a big bonus against buildings)

We need to discuss much on this. Orcs already havr the biggest (in term of stats) units in game, so I'd avoid exceeding too much
