Orc docks - ANSWERED

Orc docks can help build and repair (it can repair themselves too).

It is not a bug. It is a way to heal boats/sea units

It simply builds what is in range. It should be the same for other docks tough.

No it was meant. I remember that also the new elven dock was made this way.

If this was meant, to repair ships, then remove it's ability to aid in the building process just as the mend ships were made.

I am not sure if it can be done by JSON files, but yeah it is possible.
